Our tailored packages start as low as $550, custom-crafted to make your occasion shine.
Due to Texas liquor laws, Shake Rattle & Roll cannot supply the alcohol, but don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!
Dry Hire Service: You provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest. It’s that simple! We’ll calculate the liquor needed and send you a shopping list to make sure you get everything required.
This ensures your event is both legal and hassle-free while keeping the focus on fun and amazing service.
Included is liquor liability insurance, ice, cups, straws, napkins, custom event drink menu bar display, water station, your choice
of 2 of our signature cocktails, as well as beer, seltzer and wine service.

Our Liquor Policy : Current Texas liquor laws state that Shake Rattle & Roll cannot supply alcohol directly. But don't worry – we’re here to make the process as easy as possible!
How It Works: Dry Hire Service: Our bartending service is a "dry hire," which means we’ll bring everything needed to serve your drinks – except the alcohol itself.
Liquor Shopping List: Based on your event details, we’ll calculate the amount of liquor required and provide you with a customized liquor shopping list. This will give you a clear, easy-to-follow guide on what to purchase for your event.
We Provide Everything Else: Once you’ve got your alcohol, Shake Rattle & Roll will take care of the rest. We’ll bring the bartenders, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and all the necessary tools to create a smooth, professional bar experience for you and your guests.
The Bottom Line: We make it simple! You provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest. This ensures your event is both legal and hassle-free while keeping the focus on fun and amazing service. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to get started planning your event!
Shake Rattle and Roll is based out of San Antonio Texas. We can roll the party your way but a travel fee of $2 a mile will incur after 75 miles.
We understand that planning an event takes a lot of time, effort, and energy, and we know how disappointing it can be if things need to change. While we would be truly sad for you if your event has to be cancelled, we do have a strict cancellation policy in place.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable within 2 months of the event . Unfortunately, once a booking is confirmed and contract signed, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside that time frame. This policy ensures that we can continue providing the best service and preparation for every event we commit to.
If you need to reschedule or make adjustments to your event, we are happy to discuss alternatives within a reasonable timeframe. At Shake Rattle & Roll, we know that every event is different, and so are your needs. That’s why our pricing starts as low as $7.00 per guest, per hour. However, we also offer a wide range of customizable packages, tailored specifically to your event, so you get exactly what you're looking for.
But don’t worry – we’ll work closely with you to figure out the best options based on the size of your guest list, the type of event, and your budget.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking at contract signing. The balance is due 30 days before your event date
At Shake Rattle & Roll, we offer a beautifully crafted 8-foot custom bar that it fully collapsable and portable. It will be the perfect focal point for your event. To add a touch of charm, we provide adorable outdoor umbrellas adorned with fresh flowers and a custom to your event signature cocktail menu – creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere for your guests.
