Our packages start as low as $550 and tailored to make your occasion shine.  In order to give you our best price we need a few details about your event. How many guests will be attending and for how many hours you want the service. These figures can of course be an estimate and then we dial in the exact numbers as the event gets closer. The packages are priced so you don't pay for what you don't need.

Due to Texas liquor laws, Shake Rattle & Roll cannot supply the alcohol, but don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!

Dry Hire Service: You provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest. It’s that simple! We’ll calculate the liquor needed and send you a shopping list to make sure you get everything required.

This ensures your event is both legal and hassle-free while keeping the focus on fun and amazing service.

Affordable rates for your event as low as $550


All of our packages come fully equipped with everything you need for a seamless and stylish mobile bar service experience. They all include ice —and plenty of it— coolers, and very cute disposable cups or the elevated, eco-friendly Tossware. You'll also get straws, napkins, and stunning, elaborate garnishes to elevate every drink.

To keep guests refreshed, we provide a hydration station that offers both infused and unflavored water. Our beautifully crafted 8-foot bar, featuring a rich wood top with a sleek finish, exudes sophistication and charm. We’ll style it with decorations to match your event, along with a custom drink menu display. And of course, every package includes liquor liability insurance and TABC-licensed bartenders to keep the drinks flowing smoothly.

The packages are based on number of guests by hours of service

The SHAKIN package includes a choice of two signature cocktails, along with beer, hard seltzer, and wine service. Pricing starts at $5.00 per person, per hour for groups of 50 or fewer and decreases to $2.00 per person, per hour for events with 275 or more guests, making it an affordable and flexible option for gatherings of all sizes.

The RATTLIN package features a simple-pour well bar (two-ingredient drinks) along with beer, hard seltzer, and wine service—such as vodka-soda or rum-coke. Pricing starts at $4.80 per person, per hour for groups of 50 or fewer and decreases to $1.75 per person, per hour for events with 275 or more guests, making it a cost-effective and versatile option for any gathering.

The ROLLIN package includes beer, hard seltzer, and wine service. Pricing starts at $4.00 per person, per hour for groups of 50 or fewer and decreases to $1.50 per person, per hour for events with 275 or more guests, offering a budget-friendly and flexible beverage option for any occasion.

Can Shake Rattle & Roll Provide The Alcohol?

Our Liquor Policy : Current Texas liquor laws state that Shake Rattle & Roll cannot supply alcohol directly. But don't worry – we’re here to make the process as easy as possible!

How It Works: Dry Hire Service: Our bartending service is a "dry hire," which means we’ll bring everything needed to serve your drinks – except the alcohol itself.

Liquor Shopping List: Based on your event details, we’ll calculate the amount of liquor required and provide you with a customized liquor shopping list. This will give you a clear, easy-to-follow guide on what to purchase for your event.

We Provide Everything Else: Once you’ve got your alcohol, Shake Rattle & Roll will take care of the rest. We’ll bring the bartenders, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and all the necessary tools to create a smooth, professional bar experience for you and your guests.

The Bottom Line: We make it simple! You provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest. This ensures your event is both legal and hassle-free while keeping the focus on fun and amazing service. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to get started planning your event!

How Far Do You Travel?

Shake Rattle & Roll is based out of San Antonio Texas. We can roll the party your way but a travel fee of $2 a mile will incur after 60 miles.

What Is The Cancellation Policy ?

We understand that planning an event takes a lot of time, effort, and energy, and we know how disappointing it can be if things need to change. While we would be truly sad for you if your event has to be cancelled, we do have a strict cancellation policy in place.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable outside of a 3 day grace period. Unfortunately, once a booking is confirmed and contract signed, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside that time frame. This policy ensures that we can continue providing the best service and preparation for every event we commit to.

If you need to reschedule or make adjustments to your event, we are happy to discuss alternatives within a reasonable timeframe. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you. We’re here to make your event unforgettable – and if your plans change, we’ll help you find the best solution for rescheduling or modifying your booking.

What Is Your Pricing?

At Shake Rattle & Roll, we know that every event is different, and so are your needs. That’s why our pricing is set with per guest, per hour in mind. This allows us to be very flexible and fit within your budget. We offer a wide range of customizable packages, tailored specifically to your event, so you get exactly what you're looking for.

Schedule a call and we’ll work closely with you to figure out the best options based on the size of your guest list, the type of event, and your budget.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking at contract signing. The balance is due 30 days before your event date.

What Is Your Mobile Equipment?

At Shake Rattle & Roll, we offer a beautifully crafted 8-foot custom bar that it fully collapsable and portable. It will be the perfect focal point for your event. To add a touch of charm, we provide adorable outdoor umbrellas adorned with fresh flowers and a custom to your event signature cocktail menu – creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere for your guests.
